Terms & Conditions

One month’s notice required to cancel the plan
24 hours’ notice required for appointment cancellations or a fee may apply
Discounts cannot be combined with other offers
Contact lenses can only be supplied if exams are up to date
One month’s notice will be given before any plan changes
For early cancellation, we may charge the difference for any appointments or discounts used over the plan's annual value
